What changed? Titles no longer saving into named folders

Hi folks,
I'm a registered user and I recently updated from 1.10.0 to 1.10.2.
It used to be that if I were ripping a disc titled for example ORPHAN_BLACK_S4_D3 that it would create a named folder into my default ripping location. So, if by default I rip into E:\video\, MakeMKV would create a subfolder E:\Video\ORPHAN_BLACK_S4_D3\ and save the various tracks I've selected into there.
Now, it's just saving directly into E:\Video\ without creating any subfolders named based on the disc name. The tracks are named title01.mkv and so on.
I don't recall making any changes to my configuration, and the preferences show default destination "Auto" is selected.
Have I disturbed a setting unwittingly causing this?
Thanks in advance.
