Chapter Names are incorrect

I dont get the original chapter names in the MKV file. All the chapter names are Chapter 01, Chapter 02, etc. How can I get MakeMKV to extract the original chapter name?
While I cannot answer your question directly, I can say that it depends upon how the disk is authored.
Most disks I've processed do not have names on chapters. Some have rather elaborate names on them, and the generated MKV file includes them when available.
