Possible New Bug - Naming of Folders

Okay so a possible bug has been discovered, using release 1.10.2. So far I have just confirmed it with DVDs as I have not tried BDs.
It seems "stuck" when naming the destination directory. I have tried switching semi-auto, auto, manual.
I stuck in Duke of Hazzard Season 6, Disc 1. It wants to name it DUKES_OF_HAZZARD_S6_DISC_1 - fantastic, thank you.
I then flipped the disc over and it still wanted to save the files to the exact same directory, even though the volume label of the disc indicates DUKES_OF_HAZZARD_S6_DISC_1B. So I forced the B after the 1.
Next I inserted disc 2 - it wanted to dump it to DUKES_OF_HAZZARD_S6_DISC_2 - great.
Next I flipped the disc over to side B, yep, again volume label says 2B but it still wants to dump it to 2, not 2B, so I add the B.
Here's where it gets interesting. When I stick in Disc 3, 3B and 4 it still wants to save it to 2B, even though the volume label is correct! After fighting those 3 entries I insert 4B and it wants to save it to 3B.
I have installed 2 pieces of software since last using MakeMKV.
Updated Nvidia drivers & GeForce Experience
Updated from Windows 10 to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition.
I suspect if anything the issue is with the latter, but why?
