Could I get a replacement key for installation on a new laptop.

I've tried using the current key but it does not appear to work.

Did you purchase a key or are you looking for the free beta key?

I'm pretty sure I purchased the product a couple of years ago but can't seem to locate the email from makemkv.

I think I may have used a now defunct email address so I do not have the original key. But my registered name should match up as a paid user.

If you had a purchased key, start by checking your email for a message from customer@avangate.com, the payment processor Mike uses.

If you can't find that, send an email to support@makemkv.com with your information, and he can pull up the key from his records.

For obvious reasons, that is ONLY done via email.
