I've upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and installed the lastest Version of MakeMKV (1.10.0) but i've not backup my registration Code and in my E-Mails I not found them.

Is there an option to get the registration code when I've already paid it?

Search your email for a message from "avangate.com" - that is where the registration would have come from.

Failing finding that, send a message to support@makemkv.com, and Mike can look up your registration code. You should include the email address that your used when you registered.
