Newbie: preview titles somehow possible?

Hi, I am new to MakeMKV. I made a few MKV's from blue ray discs and it works great. Started doing this because I bought a Nvidia Shield Android TV. I am running into the following issue. It is all about titles and what they represent.
For most discs I want the main movie, the TrueHD track, the subtitles and the bonus material.
For 90% of the discs this works simple since the main movie is the largest file and then you just count the bonus materials and these are the smaller titles.
I am still using the 120 second threshold since otherwise you also get a lot of menu rubbish etc.
I am now however also running into discs where there are relevant titles below 120 seconds.
I do have two questions.
1. Is it somehow possible to set the threshold very low and see what the titles is about before clicking it? Like a viewer that uses the same title numbering etc. or so?
2. Is there a logic in the title numbering on a disc? What I now every time have to do is rip the whole thing. Then go into every individual MKV file and determine what it is and rename the MKV file. I rather see that beforehand and get the naming right from the start.
Hope you understand my question?
