Registration and license for building makemkvcon Linux ARM

If buying the license allows me to build makemkvcon (command line version of makemkvcon) on Linux ARM, I'd pay for it. Is that possible? Thanks.
There is no build for ARM at this time. Mike has not stated anything positive or negative about whether there ever will be an ARM build.
So, no, buying a license is not going to get you an ARM build at this time.
