Hi
I tried to copy a blu-ray yesterday but got "Evaluation period has expired, shareware functionality unavailable. Failed to open disc" - I've tried the newest key, and the app and the computer has been restarted but it doesn't seem to work...
Any ideas?
Regards, Tommy

I can see that it's a widespread issue.

The "Evaluation period expired" has to do with it being more than 30 days since you first used the BD functions. That gets reset when you put in the new key, but... There is no new key yet (what is posted at this time is the "old new key").

You can get around that by setting your clock date back to, say, March 20, start MakeMKV, then reset the date to current. The expiration is only checked on start-up.

And, hopefully, Mike will post a new key soon.

Unfortunately, resetting the clock does not work, I tried it.

I can confirm, setting date back on W7 doesn't work. I have been thinking about buying a license, but am wondering how long does it take to get a key? The beta key has been out of date for a while now - what's going on with support?
