Hi all

I have been a user of MakeMKV, but is was sometime ago, I have changed ISPs in the last 6 months, so my email will be different.
How do I get a registration code sent out to me to my new email?

Only way to get the registration code is to send Mike an email at support@makemkv.com , explain the situation, and give him the old email address. If you have your email stored locally, you can search for a message from avangate.com, which is where the original registration message would have come from.

i replaced a faulty harddrive and lost my reg code email.i have emailed support@makemkv.com 3 times since saturday and also emailed avangate and got no response yet.avangate websight does not have the code.i hope mike will reply to me soon,i dont want to pay another 50.
