Backup

I finally got the program to open, inserted disc,chose the source drive, and the backup button is greyed out. Opened File, and it is greyed out in it also. Am I missing something? Thanks.
If the disk you inserted is a DVD, this is the expected result; Backup is only available for Bluray.
If the disk was a BD, then it wasn't detected as such. What does it say on the big button that looks like a spinning disk as the disk is loading?
