autobackup / rip on insert

Hi There, i have been using MakeMKV for quite some time along with AnyDVD i can backup every DVD which then can be streamed to my WD TV Live!
perfect...
but i have a server and i want to make it so it will autorip/backup the disc on insert.
i don't care of scraping off additional subtitles and such.
is it possible to make it do this:
when DVD is inserted, start MakeMKV (yes windows autostart feature i know)
but then MakeMKV should just start copying it right away with no user interferring.
i know that there are some dvds which has got a title as dvd_volume so these will be overwriten, this is not a problem for me since i already have a solution for this.
so... basicly instead of 2-3 click backup it should be no click backup
it should be possible, since the settings are the same everytime.
