Please add the Option "Use same source paste for output file" in MakeMKV Preferences.

While I can't help you with getting this into MakeMKV, what are you asking for?
Unless you're wanting this specifically for dealing with ISOs on hard drives, the source would not be writable...

This option would apply to those who like me, works with .ISO images.
