Computer crashes after paying and registering

Hello
I have been a user of Makemkv for the last months (working great) and, after seeing the screen inviting me to pay for the software or it would stop working, I proceeded to pay the 50 euros plus 19% VAT (by the way, in Spain it is 16%). After introducing the very long string to register, the program crashes continuously, makes the PC crash, or freezes it, making it unusable.
Would you help me with this matter?
