Some errors only "Stream X" instead of what title

Many minor errors seem to tell you what filename / title is affected.
But sometimes an error happens that does not tell you what title is affected. It only tells you, for example, "AV sync issue in Stream 1 at (timecode), audio changes from 24bps to 16bps..."
I'm backing up a whole lot of titles from a disc at once, including special features, so now I have no way to know what title/file the error is happening with.
Any advice on how to know what title is affected? Otherwise I have to do every title individually, in order to determine which one is throwing the error.
Also, does anyone know what that above error even means? It's happening on X-Files: I Want To Believe from the "Own The Moments" two-pack.
Here's another example of an error that doesn't tell me the title/file: "AV sync issue in stream 5 at 0:00:05.034 with duration of 2020.522ms : audio gap - 23.677 missing frame(s)"
