Failed to Initialize Error v1.5

I just upgraded to the 1.5 beta on Windows 7 from 1.4.12. I am getting an error window as soon as I try and launch MakeMKV that says "Failed to Initialize" and nothing opens. Is anyone else having this problem?

Must be a Firewall or rights issue. I just installed on both XP and Windows 7 without problems

Thanks dtblair. I used "Run as Administrator" this time when I reinstalled and its working fine now.
