FIle Name Upon Rip

Hello! I've been using MMKV for a few months now and have been appreciating the simplicity and capabilities!

Ok, newbie question, but is there a way to name the ripped file BEFORE it gets ripped? Especially if I am ripping several, it is kind of a pain to get the "already exists" error messages. It would be nice to just name it what it should be on the front ed instead of after the fact.

Thanks!

Chris

Preferences->General, "Expert mode" -> CHECKED

Now, you will have the ability to edit many things about the file before ripping, including the file name.

Play.... lots of things to find out there, like what happens when you right-click on various parts of the box...

I have had that checked already. Will it always add characters to the end of file names, even if there is only one file?

Automatic file naming will always try to make a unique file name, and yes, it will put the "_tXX" in there. But, if you use the pull-down to select "File name" instead of "Name", you can directly control the name, including replacing the "_" with spaces if you want.

I've gotten good with copy/paste when dealing with TV show episode name/season/episode.
