Trial period not reset on updated version of MakeMKV

Hi,

I upgraded from the previous version of MakeMKV and it was my understanding that the trial period would be reset to the beginning, but this has not happened and apparently I can only use the software for another 4 days. I am having problems ripping 2 titles so far, (first 2 tried), so don't really want to pay $80 for the software if it isn't working properly. Reading these forums, it appears many are having issues with the new release.
