Application failed to initialize

I'm getting this pop up "Application failed to initialize" after I install the product. A little help here...

What is your O/S?

I believe that , in an earlier post with a similar problem, "Mike" indicated that MakeMKV requires XP or newer...

Windoew XP...I rebooted and it worked fine -go figure
