Blu-Ray failed half way through conversion

Hi,
I have repeatedly attempted to convert UK version of Role Models with MakeMKV v1.4.11. The tracks are identified and I select only the main movie, but the process fails after aprox 13GB (whole movie 27GB) with the following message.

Seems to indicate that your original BluRay disc is either dirty or physically damaged.

Try cleaning the disc. If the problem remains, return the original BluRay disc to the place of purchase in exchange for a new replacement.

You may also try to increase "read retry count" after cleaning the disc.

Thanks for the information, looking at the disc there is a mark in the coating. I will return it.

do blurays not manufacturer as well as dvd?? seems to be lots of problem i see im getting a bluray drive soon
