tv show with recap playlist skipped?

I am trying to makemkv Justified tv show,and makemkv keeps doing this:

Title 00006.mpls is equal to title 00001.mpls and was skipped
Title 00007.mpls is equal to title 00002.mpls and was skipped
Title 00008.mpls is equal to title 00003.mpls and was skipped
Title 00009.mpls is equal to title 00004.mpls and was skipped
Title 00010.mpls is equal to title 00005.mpls and was skipped

The mpls it skips are actually the "previous on justified" segments,and i dont want those segments,so can i tell makemkv to NOT skip the playlists? Because the playlists it skips are exactly the ones i need to be able to not backup the "previous on justified" segment

The mpls are NOT equal,as runtimes are different,so how can makemkv just asume,and skip?
