Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to use Make MKV on more than one PC?
For instance, if I purchase it and install it on my main home PC can I then download Make MKV on my laptop and use the same purchased version or would I have to purchase it a second time?

Yes you can use it on multiple computers, just not at the same time.
