2 disk Movies

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to MKV my Lord of the rings blurays,since they are extended versions each movie is in two blurays, is there anyway that I can merge two disks in one file?

I had two disc's for "Once Upon A Time In America". I put them into makeMKV and made two separate files. Once I did that I edited out the interval it had and a few seconds of the changeover to the second disc. I then put them into multiAVCHD and joined them up into one MKV file of 9.74 GB, and since then made a much smaller file in there too. They both play fantastic the quality is excellent and sound is 5.1 digital so it can be done but quite time consuming.
