skipping issue.

hi thanx for Nice application.
I try to backup Tv show many titles are skipped. How to tell makemkv to dont skip any thing.
There is always a Room, Room for Improvement.

1) Blu-ray or DVD?

2) Title of disc?

3) Region?

4) Original disc or "something else"?
