Hi,
It appears many of the stream flags are missing, i.e Name (should include language + Codec), Codec Name (as suggested), Forced, Language (!). All missing from audio and subtitle streams and makes it a big pain picking the correct steams and explaining to less informed users of my media centre how to find the correct subtitles which they all have no flag.
Would love to see full flags in the mkv!

All of these are included in MKV file. Can you please elaborate?
