I ripped dvd with "Make mkv" but,mkv file has much combing . i just want to remove that combing. with keeping the quality of mkv. is any simple software GUI preferable

Handbrake: http://www.handbrake.fr/
Just open the file made by MakeMKV in Handbrake and double click the "High Profile" option on the right. Then let it encode. If you want to keep it in an MKV container then make sure you change the dropdown box from MP4 to MKV.
