How long does it take to receive the license key?

Hi everyone,

I purchased the license a few hours ago and received the payment receipt, but I still haven’t gotten the license key yet. I’ve already contacted support but haven’t received a response so far.

Is the key usually sent automatically, or does it take some time to process?

Has anyone experienced this before?

In most cases, the key should arrive as fast as your email service processes messages. That is, most likely within a few minutes. It is probable that any delay beyond that is part of your filtering, i.e., if your email is filtered for spam, it may have been treated as such and stuffed into a special mailbox. That is the most common reason for "No mail!!!" that gets reported.
