[FEATURE REQUEST] Always list Forced tracks removed

Typically, MakeMKV lets you know what "Forced" tracks were empty and therefore removed from the file, unless you encounter "Too many AV synchronization issues in file 'xxx' (title #1) , future messages will be printed only to log file".
In which case, I have to go and dig out the log file to see which, if any, "Forced" tracks were removed.
It would be great if MakeMKV would still report any/all removed "Forced" tracks even if there were too many AV sync issues.
