Mutliple BluRay Drives Question

Hi all,
so I have 3 Bluray drives I use for ripping TV series disks. My question is, is there a way to set dedicated setup of MKV to each drive. The issue I have been running into is MKV selecting the same drive for each copy of MKV I open and even when I manually select another drive, it sometimes goes back to the default drive and tries to refresh that drive again which then has both copies of MKV fighting for the drive and I have to stop both copies and try again.
Is there a way around this?

Are you using:

Preferences -> IO -> Ask for single drive mode
