Ibought the software and send a mail tu support, but I have not received the serial number ( order 28283498). Can you send me it?

You should have received an email giving you the key. Have you checked you spam box?

I'm having this problem as well. There's also a Reddit thread with a bunch of people having the same problem (see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/makemkv/commen ... cense_key/).

I have a receipt email that says "The associated license keys for your purchased product(s) are as follows: ", then a blank line, then "Licensed to: <my name>."

Maybe the key was supposed to be in this receipt email?

I've checked SPAM and I've emailed out to support, but I think there's a problem with the system right now.

Yup same thing here, received two emails post purchase on Saturday, nothing in spam and no license key in either. Sent emails to support and Paypro this afternoon but no response yet, hopefully this week.

Hello, Yesterday I bought the license for MakeMKV, but I only received the email from PayPRO. I have not received the activation key.
What do I have to do?. I have sent an email to support@makemkv.com but so far I have not received a reply.

Hello, today I received the activation key for MakeMKV, it came a little late, three days later.

The doubt I have now is that if I select the "about" option... it tells me that it expires in September 2023.

Is this true?
