ripping blueray tv shows epsoide order

hi wantted to know when i rip tv shows when rip epsodes dose make mkv rip in epsode order to make naming the epsodes in order thansk

That depends on how the disk is authored.

Some disks are authored with individual titles, in the correct order, and MakeMKV will rip them that ways.
Some are authored with a single title that has all episodes, and MakeMKV will rip that.

The above can happen on one disk - Funimation likes to do that with anime titles.

Some disks are authored with individual titles, but they are NOT placed on the disk in the correct order. SOMETIMES, they will have sequential file source file names, but they are not in the directory in sequential order. These can be a pain in the ... to deal with, as you must manually add the title and file name based on the source file name, but that isn't that difficult to do with Expert mode. But you really won't see this unless you select each title, and check the Info window for details. Sentai Filmworks did this on dozens of titles in the past, but they have been OK recently.

And then there are ones authored with little rhyme or reason, that are only sorted out by the disk menus. These can require watching parts of the video to get the correct information. A number of Star Trek: The Next Generation disks are like this.
