Convert offset to exact time

When creating .mkv file I have an information:

The source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid at offset 29022795776, attempting to work around

What is an equivalent in time (hh:mm:ss) of offset 29022795776? I would like to know, what exact time it is happend? How to convert offset to time?

EDIT

So I have figured out that offset 29022795776 is a place in Bytes, when the error occurs? Is that right? The source file size in Bytes is 29022793728. So how to understand, that error occurs at 29022795776, which is greater size then source file 29022793728, for about 2048 Bytes?
