The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

Trying to back up this DVD. Took the first one back because it said there was no disc. Second one does the same. Disc spins for 5 - 10 minutes then says there is no disc. Any suggestions

If you have not already, please enable debug logging (link in my signature says how).

Are any error messages logged? Are you able to rip any other disks? When was the last time you reset the computer?
