Profiles, Selection Rules... How to?

I have been using MakeMKV for sometime and enjoy the results. I feel I am now at a point where I am ready to create/modify Profiles and tweak the Selection Rules. For the life of me, I cannot find any references or information on the acceptable syntax for Selection Rule criteria and entries. Can someone point me to where I can find this information? I'm specifically desiring to automatically disable all subtitles. Thanks in advance for any information.
