I have the following options for sound and subtitle to select:
i need to run the audio through HDMI (via a media player) with the option to send 5:1 via the optical too, do I just check them all? Is there a summary out there of all the different audio choices?

Safe bet would be the second audio option (Third one is almost surely "Director's commentary")...
