When i run command line for first time i get a message saying "Automatic checking for updates is enabled, you may disable it in preferences"
How i can disable automatic check for updates using commandline or other way without touching the GUIapp ?

Only by changing the settings. On windows - in registry, on Mac OS X or Linux - in settings file.

What key in registry ? (I see severals under /makemkv/) and what value to be disabled ?
