Blue Ray Audio

Little seems to be said on this subject from both suppliers and the press, so I was wondering if MKV will handle Blue Ray Audio in the same way as other media.

Which particular BD audio standard are you asking about?

Generally speaking, BD audio is copied straight through to the MKV file, and you rely upon the player's ability to decode that audio. Some formats can be converted to FLAC, but that is optional.
