new verison "too old" even after re install help

i have the latest verison yet i keep getting error that my verison is too old, keep re installing but same thing. any help would be great!

As of this morning, I am having the very same problem. I'm not sure what has caused this to start happening. It was working just fine at 1:30 a.m. but is now annoyingly uncooperative at 8:45 a.m.

thank you so much for your help. not so computer savy so had no idea what a beta code was! lol im sure this program can do more than i understand it to do, but im glad you guys helped. :)
