Infected?

I just downloaded 1.8.4 (win) norton av removed it -- noted it was infected with WS.Reputation.1 is this false positive?

Did you download from this link?

/download/Setup_MakeMKV_v1.8.4.exe

If yes, then it's a false positive.

You can probably just turn off Norton when installing this or adding it in the "trust" list so it won't block service being used by this in the future.
