Failed to save title 0

hi, trying to back up my dragonball z season 7 disk 5 DVD, but I keep getting same error. All other disks went fine. no subs selected, just vid and audio 1 stream. I've tried from Disk and from image nothing seems to work. I have attached the log as it would not submit with log pasted

Any ideas what the problem could be? the disk is flawless and the image was created by anydvd without any probems.

I am having the same issue with Dragon Ball Z Season 7 Disk 5. I have tried to rip all 3 titles found on the disk; but all 3 have failed.
