2 copies of Movie on Blu-Ray

Sorry brand new here and did some searches but can not find the answer. I am converting my movies to a NAS to make life easier but I've noticed
that when I open my Blu-Ray there are often 2 copies of the movies. How do I know which one is the right movie?

Read the packaging, as there are many different possible reasons for this...
