First, I would like to thank you for creating such wonderful software. I purchased MakeMKV a couple of years ago and have truly enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, I recently had to reformat my personal laptop due to operating system issues. After reinstalling everything, I realized that I no longer have access to my MakeMKV license key. I searched through my previous emails but was unable to locate it. Would you be able to look up my purchase and resend my license key? I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance for your help.

The address on the FROM of the email varies with when you got registered.

The owner can find your registration for you if you can't. Send a message off to support@makemkv.com with your information. It may not be immediate; Mike has been known to be busy for a week or three in the past.

But, in the mean time, the current beta key will work for several more weeks to get you by.
