Clueless Newbie Question

So just bought a NAS and media player and want to start copying my DVDs onto the NAS.

Picked a random DVD from my collection (The Long Good Friday as it happens) and tried to rip it with makemkv.

Pressed the buttons etc and it seemed to go well - but ultimately it's saved just two files. One is like a trailer, the other is a extra feature from the DVD (interview with actors).

The film itself wasn't copied.

How come? What did I do wrong?

This is a bug or physical disc error. Please enable debug log and post it here.

Tried again and it worked - I would guess a newbie user error, sorry !
