Hi, I'm fairly certain I purchased a license a few years ago but can't find any email referencing MakeMKV. Would it have come from somewhere else?

If I can't find my key is there a purchase lookup?

"a few years ago" is ambiguous. A FEW years ago, it was likely PayPro that handled the key, and it would be in an email from them. It should still reference MakeMKV, though.

I bought a key in 2019. My email was from 2checkout.com at that time. Sometime in there the payment processor switched to PayPro Global.

I'd start with PayPro Global's support.
