I purchased the registration key 22 hours ago and have yet to receive any key.

I'm a little concerned that this "PayPro Global" is a scam. I'll wait another 24 hours before starting the charge-back process.

According to what another user said, it’s not PayPro Global who are the issue. This seems to be a new issue, because MakeMKV has apparently been using PayPro for years without problems.

I purchased on 01 August. I got the "check to see if this is accurate" call from PayPal Global a couple hours later. It hit my credit union the same day.

Now I am waiting for the key, but recognize it is now Saturday, 02 August and they may take weekends off. So please be patient and know sometimes it may take a couple days for people to really generate your code.

Realize also nothing may be done until the funds move into their bank, which can take a couple week days (not including weekends). Having worked for 10 years with a national bank, my experiences are to sit back and wait for two to four work days before initiating any charge back.

I had the same issue. I requested a refund from PayPro Global which they are processing.
I'll try buying again once this is resolved.

I also bought a registration key on August 1st. I have NOT received the registration key yet. I called PayPro, and they said the MakeMKV folks aren't responding to their messages regarding these issues. Kind of worrisome.

Man, my timing sucks. I downloaded it on the 31st, ripped one disk. Bought it on the 1st. Limbo.

I purchased a registration key on August 2, but have not yet received it.
Instead, PayPro Global asked me to contact support@makemkv.com directly, which I did. No response.

I STILL have not received my key, and emails back to support@makempv.com has also gone unanswered. If I do not get it within the next week I am also going to demand a refund and if not successful there file a chargeback with my credit union. It has been a week now and no answers..

What is the deal here? A vacation holiday? Some crises? Enough already.
