Serial Key

Its the 16th of may and i can't seem to find the new serial key for makemkv...
where do i look for it? i've done searches and looked thru several threads. i can't find it. any help?

I paid for MakeMKV and am still waiting for an email with a product activation key, I am begining to think this was a Scam...

With no other way of contacting the creators of MakeMKV other than through this forum it is looking more and more like I am going to have to flag this up as a SCAM to my chosen method of payment...

Really dissapointed in MakeMKV's team that they seem to not be able to provide the simplest customer service and provide what was paid for...

Based on the other forum entries you have to send the email to support@makemkv.com and wait for Mike to generate your key. We are at his mercy of when he feels like checking.

Came across the invalid key issue last night. I tried the serial key that is linked in this thread, but the program rejected it. Tried to purchase the program, the purchase link goes to a payproglobal - which goes to a splash page that says "The action is temporarily unavailable." Tried again today hoping the issue had resolved itself. Guess I will continue to wait.

I am experiencing the same issues.. I want to purchase the full version, but I get the same errors when trying to order.

If you manually set the date on your PC back a month your MKV will work fine.
Right click on the date and time in the lower left corner and manually set your PC date to before it expires.

I can't take the credit for this one I read someone else's post and tried it and it worked.

I also purchased a license, this was on Friday 1st. Still not received the key. Just emailed support again. Any one know how long the usual wait time is?

I had the same issue.
I bought the license key on August 2nd and didn't receive my license.
I texted both makemkv support and PayPro Global, where I purchased it.

I didn't get any reply from makemkv support, while, PayPro global at the 2nd time I texted them asking for my license key, send me an email saying they'll refund me.

I replied I don't want a refund, but the key, and I haven't heard back from them.
