Suggestion: Integrate player for better title finding.

First let me say this is a great program. Thank you very much.

It would be neat if MakeMKV had some integration with a player like VLC such that you could just start watching the DVD until you get to watching the specific title you wanted then you could just click a big red "This One!!" button and have MakeMKV just grab just that title. Or better queue it up and let you navigate to the next title you want.

Right now MakeMKV spends a lot of time digging through the entire disk and most of it is junk anyway. Then we end up having to fiddle around with previews and bogus tracks and such.

Barring that it would be nice if MakeMKV kept the same tittle numbering you see when you play the DVD in VLC. Then you can manually check what you got. Right now it always starts with title 0 (or 1? Don't remember.) even if there were 20 bogus throw away tracks before it. It would be nice if I could go to VLC check that this title is say (21 for example) and then see that same title 21 in the MakeMKV someplace.

You can sort of do it today: open the disc, start streaming, from there you can open any title with VLC, stop streaming, select what you want.
