I'm in the market to get a new BD drive for UHD ripping. From what I get is drives that are marked as "UHD official" lack the sleep bug. All other drives have this issue, but crossflashing a firmware from an UHD official drive fix this.
I'm currently looking at an ASUS BW-16D1HT on ebay. Can someone explain the crossflashing process since I haven't really found a lot of details on that aspect of this subject.

You just flash it to WH16NS60 but you may lose the ability to burn discs
