Do I really need to install Java in order to properly use MakeMkv software? Is this the correct setup?

Have you come across any titles with 'fake playlists' or 'playlist obfuscation' yet?

Blu-ray menus are rendered using Java. In a 'fake playlist' scenario, MakeMKV can use Java to attempt to figure out the correct playlist. Using it is optional, but it makes things nicer in these scenarios.
