Is it possible to force the subtitles to be shown?

Hey all

When ripping to mkv is it possible to force the subtitles to be shown? (I'm not referring to "forced subs")
I can't seem to find a way to do it through the gui.

I expect that would be a player-specific preference. What are you using for playback?

Most, but not all, players will honor ONE OF the track flags "Forced" or "Default". The most reliable way, therefore, is to set BOTH to Yes in the MKV header.

Details of my search for the way to set both, using the mkvtoolnix header editor.

Woodstock ;) ...as I knew about enabling it on various players.
