1.15.3 showing NO DISC since 2 days ago

My version 1.15.3 shows no disc when I try to use it lately, since couple days ago. I haven't done anything to my PC, maybe an auto windows update screwed it up? I'm not very tech knowledgeable with PCs so just trying to see if there's any info on this problem... Additionally I have another PC which is the exact same HP PC that doesn't have the problem.

1.15.4 was just stealth released this week lol, I would suggest giving it a try!

After updating MakeMKV to 1.15.4 on both of my identical HP PCs one of them is working again and the other will only read DVDs and not Blu Ray. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the optical drive and restarted and attempted to update driver but there's no update on windows, to no avail.

Does anybody think if I were to try and flash the firmware with MakeMKV Firmware that is would fix the not reading Blu Ray Disc problem? Since the drive is already not working for Blu Ray I figured I might try it cause it won't matter if I F it up and brick the drive.

Sure try it if you have one of the flash able drives
